Rasolut Dispatch IQ is a complete browser-based transportation management system (TMS) for carriers, dispatchers, and carriers that also broker freight. It replaces the pile of spreadsheets, notebooks and disconnected apps – dispatch, fleet, brokering, invoicing, driver pay and profit reporting all live in one place.

🤖 AI ASSISTANT – BUILT INTO THE CORE
Not a bolt–on chatbot. The assistant can operate the whole system for you.
• Data entry by paste or upload: drop in a rate confirmation (PDF or photo), or just type “load for CustomerX, Chicago to Dallas, 900 miles, $2,700, driver John” – it creates the load, invoice, cost or driver record and links you straight to it.
• Plain–language answers: “What’s my profit this month?”, “Which loads aren’t invoiced yet?”, “How is truck TR–11 doing?” – answered from the same reports you see on screen.
• Finds problems before you do: trucks running at a loss, loads delivered but never invoiced, invoices past terms, closed trips nobody settled, service due, documents about to expire.
• You control the cost: the AI runs on your own Anthropic API key (pay–as–you–go, usually cents per action) and your chosen model. Everything else in the app works with or without it.

🖥️ DISPATCH – LOADS & TRIPS
Book loads with pickup/delivery, miles, rate and freight pay; enter rate per mile and freight fills in automatically. Group loads into driver trips – a new load attaches to the driver’s active trip by itself. Inline status changes (booked → in transit → delivered → invoiced), and moving a load to Delivered opens its invoice in one step. Driver auto–fills from the assigned truck. Attach Order and BOL/POD documents, and send or print a load sheet for the driver.

💻 BROKERING
Track the carrier price and the customer price on the same order and see the margin on every brokered load. Send a rate confirmation (Order) to the carrier and an invoice to the customer, each as a clean printable PDF. Your own trucks and your brokered freight sit side by side in one system.

🧾 INVOICING
Auto–numbered invoices with your own prefix and starting number (e.g. INV–1001). Per–invoice payment terms with the due date derived automatically, per–invoice tax rate, and a branded printable PDF with your company header, bank details and footer notes.

💵 DRIVER SETTLEMENTS & PAY
Choose from four pay methods: per mile, per trip, percentage of the order amount, or revenue minus a dispatch fee. Advances, deductions, compensations and withholdings flow into a running balance that carries correctly from one settlement to the next. Trip metrics (rate per mile, driven miles, gallons, MPG) and a settlement PDF you can hand the driver.

📑 WAGES LEDGER
A full transaction ledger per driver. Deductions can reduce a truck’s cost line, and everything reconciles back to the driver’s balance – no side spreadsheet needed.

🚛 FLEET – TRUCKS, TRAILERS & DRIVERS
Trucks, trailers and drivers with status, assignments and notes. Service and repair records per unit, including insurance income and deductible tracking. Document–expiry alerts for registration, insurance, inspection and permits on trucks, and licenses on drivers – flagged before they lapse.
